Terms and Conditions
Most supply orders will arrive via UPS ground within 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping on oversized items specifically marked as such on our website may require additional shipping fees. You will be notified of shipping charges by email for approval before your order is processed.
There may be additional shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii. We will notify you after your order is placed with a correct shipping quote to these areas.
Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 10 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable. Used items may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly, call us, we have all of our manufacturer's phone numbers for you. Books are not returnable for any reason at all. You must print and fill out a product return form to send with any returns. Prices are subject to change without notification. Any typos or price errors are subject to correction without filling the order.
Animal shipping policies
When you place an animal order online, someone will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours to confirm the shipping day you chose while checking out on our website.
Shipping for most animal orders is $44.95 plus a $5.95 packing fee that covers all necessary heat packs, cold packs, styrofoam lined animal shipping box, deli cups, snake bags and other necessary packing materials).
LLLReptile & Supply guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and for 3 days after arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee). Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we are open 7 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.
All animal shipments are shipped UPS overnight directly to your door. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures upon arrival are between 35-90 degrees. This temperature range is EXTENDED to 25 - 95 degrees upon arrival if you opt to have your live animals held for pickup at the main UPS Customer Center. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies!
We also guarantee the sexing of our animals. If they are listed as males or females at our website, they are guaranteed to be as such. A "pair" is one male, and one female.
Internal issues on imported animals are not included under our guarantee; it is an outward health guarantee only on imported animals. Please be aware of what you are purchasing, and do the proper research (and ask us, as we are very happy to help!).
Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in (for example, putting a bearded dragon in a plastic kritter keeper is not appropriate). This includes temperature, bedding, and proper lighting.
We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions, but can not guarantee animals when your daytime high temperature is above 90, or your daytime high temperature is below 35 degrees upon arrival. LLLReptile & Supply, Inc is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals, and there are no cash refunds of any kind, store credit only.
If for any reason you would like to return your animal - you are responsible not only for shipping, but for the animal to arrive back to us alive and healthy. You must ship the animal back overnight, and pack it properly just like we did when it arrived to you. Shipping materials can be found here and you can watch how to pack and ship a reptile video here. You can use shipyourreptiles.com to print a UPS shipping label and safely ship your animals as well. If the animal does not arrive back to us in good condition, our guarantee is completely void.
Feeder shipping policies
NORMAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We now ship crickets and worms Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AND Thursday! You must order them by Noon eastern time, 9am pacific time to get them shipped out the same day. If you order AFTER this time on Thursday - your order will NOT ship out until Monday. ALL our cricket orders and worm orders are shipped overnight UPS.
Frozen rodent orders must be placed by Sunday night, 11:59pm to receive them the following week. They will be shipped on Wednesday, and arrive Thursday via overnight.
**FEEDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF YOU DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WHEN IT IS DELIVERED ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT! IF POSSIBLE, HAVE YOUR CRICKETS SHIPPED TO AN ACTUAL BUSINESS ADDRESS, NOT A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE FEEDERS IN WEATHER COLDER THAN 20 DEGREES, AND HOTTER THAN 90 DEGREES WHEN THE BOX ARRIVES. MAKE SURE TO LET YOUR CRICKETS WARM UP AFTER ARRIVAL. CRICKETS GO DORMANT IN WEATHER BELOW 60 DEGREES, AND LOOK COMPLETELY DEAD. WARM THEM UP FOR 6 HOURS BEFORE ASSUMING ANY ARE DOA. ANY DOAS MUST BE CALLED IN WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL. IF FEEDERS ARRIVE DEAD WE WILL REPLACE THEM OR OFFER A DISCOUNT ON A FUTURE ORDER, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
