International Shipping Policies

IMPORTANT International Shipping Info

We can ship some supplies and dry goods internationally via Global Priority Mail through the post office for an additional shipping cost.

We cannot ship live animals, plants, or feeders of any kind outside the United States.

You will be contacted to approve final shipping charges within 24 hours of placing your order.

Items listed online that include shipping costs only include enough to ship within the US (there will be additional shipping needed to ship these items to other countries.)

We cannot ship any aerosol products (including Provent-a-mite), liquids, Vision products, or glass internationally. Some large sized items may be unable to ship to some countries.

LLLReptile is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be due on packages before delivery (most shipments will not require any additional customs fees).

LLLReptile is not responsible for any damage to packages or products that may occur during shipment to Mexico (Mexico does not allow us to insure our packages).

LLLReptile is not responsible for replacement shipping costs on defective or damaged items. Credit or refunds can be offered in lieu of replacements.

PLEASE NOTE: All electrical components we sell are available ONLY in 110 volt unless otherwise clearly specified. Using converters for electronics voids all manufacturer warranties. We do not ship Zoo Med electrical items overseas.

There will be NO lot discounts on orders shipped outside the United States.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
