We ship cricket and worm orders via overnight FedEx. Crickets ship Monday through Thursday, and are usually in the box less than 18 hours before you receive them.
- Order by Noon Eastern / 9 am Pacific for same-day shipping.
- Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will ship the following Monday.
- All cricket and worm orders in this category ship overnight.
Cricket Feeder Guarantee
Crickets are guaranteed to be alive and healthy when you receive them. Whenever possible, have your order shipped to a business address, not a residential address.
- If there are any issues on arrival, please notify us within 24 hours.
- Any DOAs must be called in within 48 hours of arrival.
Weather Notice for Worms
Please check your local weather forecast before ordering worms. Worms are not guaranteed if:
- Nighttime low is below 20°F, or
- Daytime high is above 95°F.

Crickets can be paired with other insects to add variety and extra nutrition. Worm add-ons (mealworms, giant mealworms, superworms and waxworms) can ship in the same box as your crickets, or you can browse the main Worms category for stand-alone orders.
