Hello, I am just writing to say thanks for the good business you guys provide for your customers. I bought a mangrove monitor a while ago and it was too mean and flighty for me so I called you guys about a return and you guys accomodated me in every way.I got a Tegu in exchange and I think its more healthy than I am, haha. I live in huntington beach and I will drive an hour out of my way and pass up about 30 other reptile stores any day just to do business with your store and helpfull/friendly staff. YOU ROCK!!! Dear Scott, The Green Anaconda arrived and is very healthy. I am surprised at how friendly he is. Today I handled him for over an hour and he never became vicious or tried to bite. He is trusting enough that he fell asleep in my arms. Even though I live in New Jersey, I still order my reptiles from LLL because they are the best! Sincerely, Brad P

hey guys n girls at lll reptile, i just wanted to tell u that i am thrilled with my 8 in. german giant, he is so nice when he is warmed up under the heat lamp n the uvb n uva bulbs, he turns to a bright yellow. he arrived here in NJ at 10 a.m. there were no problems, he was in perfect condition, when i put him in the tank he ate 5 wax worms and 3 crickets!!!! and a few minutes later he ate some romiane lettuce. i wanna thank u guys alot ur the best!! i will always get my supplies from u guys thank you!! p.s. i named him jason!!

Just dropping a note to say the carpet cham I recently purchased and had shipped (7/30)is wonderful!.....he was active and alert on receipt and has continued to flourish so far in his new home. Thanks for a wonderful pet.

Hello There LLLReptile! WE wanted to send you all another thank you letter for our Red BD's we purchased about a month ago now. But also we went to the Sacramento Show on Aug 7th and of course went to your booth and as usual the staff there was so very helpful. We went to buy the probing kits you have on sale here on the site and they had two left and still the honored the internet price. I went to the pet store to buy a beardie thinking it might be cheaper minus the shipping, it was 99 dollers for a baby. I just wanted to say good looking on the Biak GTP I bought from you guys at the San Diego show a few weeks ago. It is eating f/t mice and is perfect. I dont know how you can sell them for half the price of other breeders, but there appears to be no difference in the quality of snake. The only pet store near my house is a "big chain store" and their prices are crazy ($35 for a reptisun 5.0 bulb), your website has been a great alternative to being ripped off. Thanks Ty

LLL Reptile & Supply, Hello my name is Steve Martinez and I've been talking to you all for 2 months now about a snake that caught my eye about a year ago! I collect and deal with a lot of exotics but this one snake was a breath taker, once I found out the name "Sumatran Blood Python", I was convinced I had to add this species to my collection! I did my research through different pet shops and breeders but I was still looking for someone to take the time and help me. I remember going to a reptile expo down in New Mexico and seeing your display of some awesome reptiles and supplies, then I knew I had to look into your company! I visited your web site and knew my next order will be through you all, I just needed to ask some questions first to more less understand how you maintain the snake I wanted to get. After a lot of e-mails with Scott I finally placed my order and I received it today July.15,2004 and let me tell you its a well kept, healthy, colorfull awesome snake! She came in real calm not wanting to strike (yet), and packaged very well!! The spotted python just got here this morning and she's gorgeous. I was a little worried because it was my first time dealing with an animal being shipped but everything went great. She appears healthy and has a great pattern and will make a great breeder to go along with the male I already had. I recently ordered an Australian White's Tree Frog and a Vietnamese Centipede, and let me tell you, they looked great when they arrived.
