HI, I was just letting you guys know my Short Tail Blood made it intact. I had said earlier I have experience with pythons and as a more aggressive breed he is awesome. He is everything I expected from you guys he is not nippy at all by far the most docile blood I have ever seen. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. The quality and effort you put in to your animals if evident I already have friends looking to buy from you guys. I will definitely be coming back in the future excellent service and follow up. I received my water monitor on Thursday 02/14/2013. It arrived in perfect shape. When I ordered the water monitor, the customer service agent was very helpful and considerate. She checked to make sure that they were in stock. She even satisfied my request for one that was calm and not aggressive. I took my monitor out of the bag when it arrived and it showed no sign of aggression. It has already dined on some crickets and lets me handle it with no problem I am very satisfied and would recommend LLLReptile to my friends. I am positive I will order again!! Thanks.

I am a first time customer to LLLReptile and had recently ordered some frozen mice for my reptiles from your website. I wanted to take a moment and let you know that I couldn't be happier with my order. The mice are the cleanest, most well packaged, and organized frozen rodents I have ever purchased. The way they are laid out, they are not jumbled together and separate easily. I love that they are vacuum sealed in lots of 25 as well. When I defrosted the mice they appeared fresh, healthy, free of contaminants, and the rodent sizing was accurate. Most frozen rodent retailers give undersized rodents.

I have been into reptiles for 30 years now and I am very impressed. The price was fair as well. Thanks!!

Elysium got here early just like I was hoping for, around 9 A.M. Neatly packaged I took him out and he is adapting and exploring nicely. He looks amazing and his whites are coming nice and bright. Thank you so much for putting care into him. He is eating the wax worms that came with him. So chill.

I have recently suffered my first bout with snake mites. First of all, your products arrived very quickly, for which my Dexter says 'thank you.' Secondly, your videos on how to treat the snake and cage were extremely helpful. I really appreciate them. I also enjoy the helpful videos that you post for many of your "for sale" snakes. I find it helpful and ethical of you to tell your customers when certain breeds are "nippy" or otherwise difficult for snake owners, due to size, temperament, etc. My snakes are not projects, they are pets, and it seems as though you are concerned with your animals finding the right homes. Kuddos to you for that. Far too many people in this business care little for the welfare of their animals, either in the store or once they've left the store. I have bookmarked your website and will visit it often. Thanks!!

I recently became a customer of lllreptile. Before I knew nothing about this store or site. Because of previous problems with shipments of crickets from other companies I decided to look for another place to order crickets. Browsing through the internet I came across lllreptile. I looked at the store and instantly became intrigued. The site had great products and prices on reptile supplies. I knew I needed to try a shipment of crickets. My shipment arrived 2 days ago. Unfortunately it wasn't what I ordered. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Erin. She talked to me for about 10 minutes like we have known each other for a long time. She said that she was sorry and that the whole shipment would be replaced at no charge. Today the new shipment arrived and I was very pleased at the result! My beardie Turk is happy with huge healthy crickets! I WILL BE PURCHASING MORE CRICKETS AND SUPPLIES FROM LLLREPTILE! SO FAR IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS.

In August I got a CB juvy Boelens python from LLL. I was fearful to get such an exotic from what we might call a 'box store'. But I was given assurance from Kate that she was indeed CB and the photo I was sent was what I would receive. Boelens are often thought of as a difficult species and rare as they are. A year passes and you won't see one offered. This was my FIRST purchase from LLL. Let me say this: what was promised was EXACTLY what arrived. In fact, although supposedly finicky eaters, I unpacked the box and passed a mouse over the open bag and the Boelens ate her first meal in the packing box. She is 'museum quality' beautiful and the highlight of of my 30+ python collection. LLL promised and delivered. More importantly I am a chronic complainer. With LLL , no complaints here.
